If the gown you have received isn't quite right, please use this designated contact form for the purpose of initiating a return process. In order to expedite this procedure efficiently, please also ensure that you provide the following essential information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Mailing Address
  3. Order Number
  4. (UK Only) Most convenient date and time for collection to take place. Please ensure this is at least 48hrs after sending your request through.

Upon receipt of this information, I will arrange for your item(s) to be collected (UK Only).

For orders outside of the UK, I will send through comprehensive instructions to facilitate your return.
